We currently deliver on Monday Night and Tuesdays in Brisbane depending on your area and our courier but will look into offering more days in the future!
Give us a call? at 1300 252 282 from Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm or email us at info@albatrossmeals.com.au. If we are able to accommodate your delivery area we will be happy to. Alternatively, we will issue you a full refund.
You can pause or cancel your subscription any time in your members area however, once payment is processed for the week, you will not be able to cancel the delivery for that week.
Alternatively, please email us at info@albatrossmeals.com.au with your request at least 7 days before your next meal delivery for it to be processed.
As Albatross Meals try to reduce our wastage, we request that all meal selection are submitted by Friday, 11:00pm for our following Monday Night/ Tuesday delivery. If no selection is made, we will choose on your behalf. Our meals are all delicious!
If you do need to make changes to your meal selection after submitting the form, please contact call us at 1300 252 282 or email us at info@albatrossmeals.com.au and we will endeavour to assist with the change although it may not always be possible if the order has already been sent.
